Jonathan 'afraid of campaigning in Kano'

Kano - Gov. Rabiu Kwankwaso of Kano State on Wednesday revealed why he felt President Goodluck Jonathan and his supporters are not campaigning in the state, reports Daily Post. Kwankwaso who made the claim while playing host to a delegation from Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area of the state, said  Jonathan’s foot soldiers in the state were afraid to campaign for his re-election because of the total failure that has characterised his administration. He noted that Jonathan’s supporters in the state have nothing to show the people of the state. He described Jonathan’s administration as a total failure and a disaster for Nigeria. He stated that despite his close ties with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), he decided to to abandon the party for the All Progressives (APC) because of the poor leadership qualities exhibited by President Jonathan. He noted that what Nigeria needs now is a strong leader that would correct all the mess that Nigeria is going through.
